Traineeship to disseminate technical/scientific information to processors: technical/scientific publications on processing and crop production |

When providing technical assistance for its member countries the International Olive Council carries out activities aimed at quality improvement and it disseminates technical, commercial and economic information. Concomitantly, innovations in
methods and quality regularly occur in the olive oil and table olive industry, particularly in processing. The IOC wishes to harness this dynamism and to enhance the technical assistance it provides for its Members. The regular dissemination of
technical/scientific information to olive oil mills and table olive processing plants could be of substantial help to industry professionals.
The Executive Secretariat (ES) is seeking a young university graduate as a trainee (see profile below) to start this activity. After evaluation, it could then be followed up by a second trainee or be taken over by a staff member.
